Grant works mainly with a general osteopathic approach which focuses on finding the root cause of the presenting pain. He can adapt to each patient with a variety of osteopathic techniques including visceral and cranial and can also use medical dry needling. This makes Grant able to help people of all ages and lifestyles.
Grant also specialises in patients that wish to start or remain active. Grant took elective training at university in the sports clinic and combines this with his previous experience as a sports massage therapist where he has treated a number of professional and amateur sports people.
